EAGLES has landed

National Grid has introduced an improved system designed to help third party contractors avoid our assets during their work.

The Electricity and Gas Location Enquiry System – known as EAGLES – provides a central point of reference for locating all National Grid assets.

The service is easy to access – all it takes is a quick on-line registration process to find out if the work being planned needs to involve National Grid. Companies will be provided with scaled asset location maps for the area involved, as well as safety advice that’s specific to the activities they are carrying out.
